PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge remaining charges in a capacitor when a storage box is opened and to make the structure simple, small-sized and lightweight by providing a lock mechanism, which prevents the storage box from being opened with the remaining charges of the capacitor, in the storage box. SOLUTION: Part of an electric circuit 3, electric components such as an inverter 4, a resistance 19, and the capacitor 20, and the lock mechanism B are stored in the storage box A. Then when electric charges remain in the capacitor 20, the lock mechanism B prevents the storage box A from being opened to prevent part of a human body from touching the capacitor 20 when the remaining charges are present in the capacitor 20. Further, the lock mechanism B generates a lock function with the remaining charges of the capacitor 20 and resets the lock function by the discharging of the remaining charges, so no extra power source needs to be provided to place the mechanism B in operation, so the structure can be made simple, small-sized and lightweight and the manufacture cost can be suppressed. |
