PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely subdivide the set width of interval variations without increasing the circuit size by constituting the decoder which generates addresses in accordance with the amount of interval variation so as to generate address in accordance with the amount of interval variation obtd. by roughly dividing a maximum interval variation range. SOLUTION: When a decoder 21 outputs sixteen different kinds of interval variation data, sixty-four kinds of interval variations are set with the use of four-step switching for interval variation range. In order to realize this function, a decoder 21, which generates the addresses corresponding to the amount of interval variations, is constituted so that it generates the addresses in accordance with sixteen kinds of interval variation amount obtained by roughly dividing the maximum interval variation range. Then, by selecting clock signal inputs CK1, CK2, CK4 and CK8 in accordance with the variation width set input, the addresses are generated which are matched with the amount of all interval variations that are capable of being set. |
