摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a judging result with higher preciseness by eliminating necessity for setting the time gate. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic flaw detection data 29 given by an object to be inspected 24 is fed to a data inout part 34 in an ultrasonic flaw detection data evaluating device main body 30, and a data analyzing part 35 subjects the flaw detection data 29 from the input part 34 to an analytical processing using the wavelet conversion. A judging part 41 using a neural network makes judging whether a flaw exists on the basis of a weighted analytical data 40 which has undergone an analysis made by the data analyzing part 35.
