<p>The present invention relates to the field of nuclear medicine and in particular to the application of the monoclonal antibody ior C5 for the diagnosis and therapy of colorectal tumors, their metastases and recurrences. To this effect, the present invention provides a composition which contains monoclonal antibodies which recognize the antigen ior C2 and a weak ligand with the reducer agent Sn2+ in order to transfer Tc-99m, Re-186, Re-188 and analogs thereof, said composition being useful for the diagnosis by immunogammagraphy and radioimmunotherapy of colorectal tumors, metastases and recurrences.</p> |
