PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance utility efficiency of fuel gas and oxidation agent gas to an electrochemical reaction being the electromotive action of a fuel battery, reduce consumption due to a sole combustion reaction or gas leakage to the minimum, and provide an electrolytic laminate body for suppression of performance deterioration and longer service life. SOLUTION: This battery is constituted by laminating a single cell formed pinched by an anode and a cathode via a separator. In this case, the above electrolytic layer is made of a laminated body 100 combining an electrolytic holding sheet 101 whose main component is fine powder having its electrolytic holding capability and a crack filling layer sheet 102 whose main component is powder fine-powdered while in battery operation and has a reinforce ceramic fiber arrayed in rough parallel to the sheet face in the electrolytic holding sheet 101.
