PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update only required data by reading address data from a latest postal code with a postal code as a retrieval key from the data of an address list, comparing them with the data, and when both data are different, displaying that effect and inputting the instruction of whether or not the address data is to be changed. SOLUTION: The address data are read from the latest postal code 1-5 with the postal code as the retrieval key from the data of the address list 1-3 held by an information processor 1, the data are compared by a comparison means 1-8, and only when both data are different from each other as the result of comparison, a message for indicating that they are mutually different is displayed at a display means 1-10. Along with it, the difference of the address data of the address list and a postal code list is displayed to an operator in the display means 1-10, the instruction of whether or not the address data is to be changed, is inputted from an input means 1-6 and thus, only the required data are updated in an updating means 1-7. |
