PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient rectifying effect by setting a cross hatch angle of both side face of a fin larger at a top side than at a base side, allowing to narrow the width of the inner end surface of fin at the proximity of side end of the outlet end of the fluid while sufficiently keeping strength of the fin. SOLUTION: Plural fins 15, ... 15, of the rectifiers 17 set up on the outer periphery of a needle are placed in an equal interval on the circumferential direction, and the each inner end surface 23 is placed on the extended line of inner periphery of a tapered hole of the rectifier. The crossing hatch angleθ1 of both side faces 29, 29 of the proximity of the end 8 of the fluid outlet of the fin 15 is set to be larger than the crossing hatch angleθ0 of the side faces 31, 31 of the base part.
