摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of galling in a time of squeezing an aluminum alloy rolling sheet and to reduce a lubricating oil used in machining by executing the depositing process of a specific amount of fine metallic chrome granule on the surface of an aluminum alloy rolling sheet and installing a resin coating layer having the excellent lubrication property more on its surface. SOLUTION: With the electrolytic depositing process, a metallic chrome granule of the max. granule size of 0.5 to 15μm of >=100mg/m<2> is made to exist on the surface of the sheet and in the surface layer of the depth matching to the granule size of the metallic chrome granule. This sheet is executing with cold rolling successively, further, its surface is coated with a resin having an excellent lubricating property. As the using resin, it can be selected arbitrarily among thermo-hardening or thermo-plastic resins. The combination of more than two kinds is made preferably. Therefore, a DI-machining of 3004 twin roll CC material or 5000 base material, etc., can be realized, whose are able not to be executed conventionally with the DI machining caused on the generation of galling.
