PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacture by which peeling and cracks in any boundary surface between fibers or in any lamination surface of fibers are hardly caused in the ceramic product and also, lesser damage to raw material fibers of the ceramic product, due to hot press forming, is caused and further, any space between the raw material fibers is hardly formed and a dense matrix layer can be formed in the ceramic product and accordingly, the ceramic product having a high fiber content by volume can be manufactured, and also to provide a gasturbine component manufactured by this manufacture. SOLUTION: This manufacture comprises: subjecting polytitanocarbosilane to melt spinning and thereafter, subjecting the melt-spun fibers to infusibilization and firing to synthesize inorganic fibers which consist of an Si-Ti-C-O inorganic material and are used as raw material fibers 1; forming a three-dimensional fabric 2 from the raw material fibers 1 so that all the raw material fibers 1 extend perpendicularly or obliquely to the pressing direction at the time of performing hot press forming in a later stage, in a threedimensional weaving stage 12; subjecting the fabric 2 to heat treatment in air to form an oxidized fiber three- dimensional fabric 3 having oxide layers in the surface, in an oxidation stage 14; and subjecting the oxidized fiber three-dimensional fabric 3 to hot press forming while pressing the fabric 3 in a pressing direction orthogonally intersecting each of the constituent fibers, in a hot press stage 16, to form a matrix by subjecting the oxide layers in the surface to adhesion to each other and to manufacture the objective spun-bonded fabric type three- dimensional ceramic product. |
