摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a blood vessel prosthetic material laminated with an inner layer and an outer layer having a porous structure respectively with organism tissues quickly after transplantation without requiring pre-clotting by making the porous structure of the inner layer dense toward a contact face with the outer layer, and eliminating the water permeability from the inner layer to the outer layer. SOLUTION: This blood vessel prosthetic material 1 having a tubular structure is used as an artificial blood vessel to replace an organism blood vessel, and it is laminated with an inner layer 2 and an outer layer 3 having a porous structure respectively. The porous structure of the inner layer 2 is made dense toward a contact face 4 with the outer layer 3, and it is finally set to the nonporous state near the contact face 4. The inner layer 2 has a structure knitted, woven, or braided with nonwoven fabrics or crimped yarns, the material used is not limited in particular, and an elastic material such as silicone rubber or styrene elastomer is used. The outer layer 3 preferably has a structure knitted, woven, or braided with polyester fibers.
