PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab heat storage air-conditioning system in which no heat loss is generated from an indoor window or an external wall, and the room temperature is appropriate in starting the air-conditioning during the daytime when the heat is stored in a floor slab making use of the inexpensive power during the night time. SOLUTION: An attic space 13 is formed between an upper floor slab 11 and a ceiling panel 12 in a room 10 of concrete skeleton, and a ceiling vent 14 is formed in the ceiling panel 12. A double floor space 22 is formed between a lower floor slab 20 and a floor panel 21, and a floor air outlet 23 is formed in the floor panel 21.
