PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having an appropriate gas permeability and a high CO2 /O2 selective permeability ratio by blending a thermoplastic resin (A) with mineral fine powders (B) mainly consisting of tuffaceous sandstone. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin (A) is preferably a polyolefinic resin including a copolymer. The mineral of the main component of mineral fine powders (B) includes one comprising tuffaceous sandstone and one comprising a majority of tuffaceous sandstone and partially mixed with clays containing as structural minerals quartz, feldspar, chlorite, amphibole and mica. The mineral fine powders mainly consisting of tuffaceous sandstone comprises 60-75 wt.% of SiO2 , 6-21 wt.% of Al2 O3 , 0.5-4 wt.% of MgO, 1-4 wt.% of CaO 1-4 wt.% of Fe2 O3 0.8-6 wt.% of Na2 O and 0.5-4 wt.% of K2 O, and have an average particle size of 0.1-20 μm, a specific surface area of 50 m<2> /g or less and a pore volume of 1.0 cm<3> /g or less. |
