PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the rotational position of parts accurately while facilitating automatic selection and rotary operation of a suction nozzle by using the rotation of a turret part for positioning parts at parts handling position through a rotary drive motor. SOLUTION: A mounting head comprises a suction nozzle unit 12 provided with a plurality of kinds of suction nozzles 5a-5c arranged at a constant interval in the circumferential direction. Each suction nozzle unit 12 faces a parts feeding position facing a parts feeding part and a parts mounting part facing a printed board sequentially through intermittent rotation about the rotational axis. Every time when each suction nozzle unit 12 faces the parts feeding position, a suction nozzle 5a-5c corresponding to the type of required electronic parts is moved to a parts handling position. More specifically, the parts are located selectively at a parts handling position by switching the parts handling means, i.e., the suction nozzles 5a-5c, a mechanical chuck, or the like, through rotation of a rotary means at a turret part. |
