PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify leveling of an equipment load and to make a planning easy and precise. SOLUTION: This production planning method develops to prepare a production plan of in-process goods along a temporal axis 1, develops to prepare a production plan 5 of an ordered product with a determined delivery while adding the production plan 5 to the production plan 4 of the work in process by going back the temporal axis; and, in so doing, when it is detected that a load exceeds a predetermined capability 3 of production equipment at a certain time point, the load is adjusted by shifting forward or backward at that point of time. Next, in adding to the production plan of the work in process and the ordered product during a predetermined period, a production plan is drafted and the load of an anticipated product is leveled in planning the anticipated product for performing a fixed amount of production while going back the temporal axis from an appointed date of delivery. |
