PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical subscriber transmission method realizable with a small circuit scale without generating insertion loss and crosstalk in the optical subscriber line transmission method using the optical transmission line of an optical fiber cable or the like. SOLUTION: In this method, the optical transmission line of double star constitution is used and outgoing information and incoming information are burst-transmitted by a time division direction control transmission system. In this case, the bidirectional communication of low-speed data signals with respective subscribers is performed by a time division multiple access system and the low-speed data signals and video signals are sent out as the outgoing information. Thus, by using the optical transmission line of the double star constitution, and by the transmission light of the same wavelength, the low-speed data signals are bidirectionally transmitted and video information is sent from a station side to a subscriber side. |
