发明名称 METHOD FOR CORRECTING AUTOMATIC ELECTROPHORESIS DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electrophoresis device correctable by moving an electrophoresis plate by means of a platform along a passage, and moving an optical means which performs scanning along a passage orthogonal to the passage, by means of a moving base assembly. SOLUTION: This electrophoresis device 30 comprises a platform 48 receiving an electrophoresis plate in a housing 38, and a moving base assembly 56 furnished with a photodetector. The assembly 56 can move along an arrow 60 direction in the housing 38 while the platform 48 can move in an arrow 61 direction from the outside of the housing 38 to the inside thereof. In the housing 38, there are provided a computer 62, a bipolar electrophoresis power supply 64, and an additional power supply 66. A hard disc in the computer 62 stores therein a program for operating the device 30, analyzing time, temperature, and characteristic values of various components, such as characteristics of a temperature sensor. By this method, the electrophoresis device is made automatically correctable.
