PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of work of securing an adsorption face with respect to surface-mounting parts having no adsorption faces for adsorption, in an automatic loading machine. SOLUTION: Surface-mounting connectors 11 are contained in part containing portions 12b formed in accordance with the outer shape of the surface-mounting connectors 11 in a carrier tape 12. After the surface-mounting connectors 11 are contained in the part containing portions 12b, a cover tape 13 having separation portions 13c formed by perforations 13a and oblong lines 13b so as to have the same shape as that of the exposed portions of the surface-mounting connectors 11 and to be easily cut is stuck on the exposed portions and the carrier tape 12 so that the separation portions 13c coincide with the positions of the exposed portions of the surface-mounting connectors 11. Under this condition, the carrier tape 12 is wound on a reel 14. |
