PURPOSE: An entire control circuit is provided to prevent a miss-operation by stopping an operation of a transmission control unit when voltage of a battery is under a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION: An entire control circuit of a vehicle contains an input unit to input battery voltage; a transmission control unit to stop an operation when the battery voltage is under a predetermined value and to output a torque reducing signal at a gear shifting; and an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) to reduce a change of an engine torque for a predetermined time by receiving the torque reducing signal. Thereby, a miss-operation is prevented.
