<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly impart excellent magnetic characteristic by uniformly heating a slab by a vertical type induction heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:At the time of heating the silicon-containing steel slab by the vertical type induction heating furnace, by making the inclination of the slab to the inside wall of the induction coil in inner space of the relevant coil in the induction heating furnace in <=2.5 deg., temp. distribution in the slab is uniformized and the good magnetic characteristic is imparted, i.e., over the whole face of coil.</p> |
