PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved voltage adjuster capable of lengthening usable time of a load, especially current to flow in an incandescent lamp by making the current constant and provided with a switching element and a voltage adjustment stage with inexpensive and simple structure. SOLUTION: This voltage generator is provided with at least one voltage adjuster 10 to adjust supplied voltage for an electric load 20 with reference supply voltage or rated supply voltage. Power supply voltage Vs is applied on the voltage adjuster 10 in one direction. The voltage adjuster 10 is provided with an oscillation circuit 110 to generate a suppression signal of a rectangular wave and to change duty ratio of the control signal the according to a value of the power supply voltage Vs when the applied power supply voltage Vs is higher than threshold voltage Vr and the switch Q1 to be controlled by the control signal and to be connected in parallel with the electric load 20 for the power supply voltage V. Each voltage adjuster is provided with a coil 25 serially connected with the load and a switch Q2 to be connected with the serially connected load and coil in parallel and to be conducted in one direction.
