PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service by an information processor connected to a PPP as a web server or a chat server. SOLUTION: A location server 2 stores a location number specifying a private server 1 allocated in each connection of an IP address to a network 4 and an IP address allocated to the server 1 at present, and at the time of receiving the location number of the server 1 from a client computer 3-1, transmits an IP address corresponding to the location number, i.e., the IP address of the server 1, to the computer 3-1. The computer 3-1 requests the provision of service to the server 1 on the basis of the IP address.
