PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly deliver a message to an opposite mobile terminal by preventing misoperation at dialing when the message is transmitted to mobile terminals having different carriers. SOLUTION: Mobile terminals 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D in an interface fox 4 are used is terminals corresponding to respective carriers A, B, C, D of an external mobile terminal 70 that is a called party. A message to be sent to the external mobile terminal 70 is registered in a 1st area of a memory 2E of the key telephone system 1, and the telephone number of an opposite mobile terminal (that is, the external mobile terminal 70) and the number of the carrier in pairs with the telephone number is registered in a 2nd area of the memory. When a key telephone set 3 calls the opposite mobile terminal, the key telephone system allows its internal mobile terminal 5 using the same carrier as that registered in the memory 2E in pairs with the telephone number of the opposite mobile terminal.
