PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a winding drum to diametrically different plural barrel parts by arranging plural annular grooves for fitting the opening edges of the diametrically different plural barrel parts on a concentric circle on a plate surface of a pair of side face plates, and arranging fastening rod inserting through holes at prescribed intervals in the circumferential direction on the inside vicinity of the respective annular grooves. SOLUTION: An annular groove 3 for fitting the opening edge of a barrel part 1a having a specific diameter is arranged on one plate surface of a pair of side face plates 2 for sandwiching a barrel part 1, and an annular groove 4 for fitting the opening edge of a barrel part 1b having a diameter smaller than the barrel part 1 is arranged on the other plate surface of the side face plates 2, respectively on a concentric circle with a central hole 5 arranged in the center of the side face plates 2. Through holes 7, 8 for inserting fastening rods 6 are at prescribed intervals in the concentric circumferential direction with the annular grooves 3, 4 on the inside vicinity of the respective annular grooves 3, 4. In this constitution, a winding drum having the diametrically different plural barrel parts 1a, 1b can be easily manufactured by the side face plates 2 of a single structure.
