PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building interior and exterior finish decorative panel using a film member by applying a surface decoration paint material capable of obtaining various characteristics such as excellent weather resistance and durability and a high degree of ornamental, decoration additive, and decorative effects on the film member used as a main member constituting the appearance of a building. SOLUTION: This building interior and exterior finish decorative panel using the film member constitutes interior and exterior members of the building by a film material of a cloth such as textiles and knitted goods and consists of a film member basic member for fixing on a structure and a decorative layer formed on a surface of the film member to make a stone mesh style or a metallic style appear. The decorative layer is a painted film obtained by applying and hardening the surface decoration paint material using a painted film waterproof material and an inorganic viscous connection material made of synthetic resin emulsion, decorative powder aggregate made of natural stone crushed particles or metallic fine powders, ceramic fine and hollow particles, and pigment as main constituent components.
