PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-permeable partition wall panel capable of being attached to/detached from a floor board and a ceiling board, having a vertical vent passage inside. SOLUTION: The air-permeable partition wall panel 10 comprising a core material 20 and a frame material 30 for reinforcing the core material 20 can be attached to/detached from the floor board 3 and the ceiling board 6. The core material 20 is composed of a plurality of bundled pipe materials 21 with a lower-end opening 21a and an upperend opening 21b. The lower end of the core material 20 is made to communicate through the medium of a hole 3a drilled in the floor board 3 with an underfloor space 4, and the upper end thereof is made to communicate through the medium of a hole 6a drilled in the ceiling board 6 with a space 7 in the ceiling.
