PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of cool feel caused by remaining water at the tip of a nozzle main body. SOLUTION: When warm water is fed into a cylinder 44, the nozzle main body 42 advances due to hydraulic pressure of the warm water while compressing a return spring 50, and the warm water is upward spouted from spout holes 66, to thereby carry out warm-water washing of buttocks of a human body. At this time, a valve plate portion 76 is pressed to a rim of a drain hole 68 by hydraulic pressure to closes the same, and therefore the warm water does not flow from the drain hole 68. When feeding of warm water to the cylinder 44 is stopped, the nozzle main body 42 withdraws into the cylinder 44 due to a pressing force of the return spring 50. When withdrawal of the nozzle main body 42 into the cylinder 44 is completed, a stopper 74 of a valve body 70 abuts on a projection 54 of the cylinder 44, and the valve body 70 is raised to open the drain hole 68. Thus, remaining water in the nozzle main body 42 flows out of the nozzle main body 42.
