PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client server system supervisory support system, a supervisory computer and a recording medium by which performance, an operating state and a fault, etc., of a client server system to be supervised can be promptly and exactly grasped at a remote supervisory center. SOLUTION: The system constituted of the supervisory computer 2 to supervise the client server system, a computer 3 for supervisory center and a computer 5 for charging/collection center and in which the supervisory computer 2, the computer 3 for supervisory center and the computer 5 for charging/ collection center monitor the client server system to be supervised and performs supervisory support by transmitting and receiving information through the client server system to be supervised and a network 6 has a function to manage faults of a server 11, a network 12 and a client computer 13 of the client server system, a function to maintain and manage the client server system and a function to charge supervisory support fees of the client server system.
