CORROSIVENESS MEASURING METHOD FOR MELT RESIN MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on the preliminary evaluation about the effect of a new resin material on a resin product manufacturing equipment by facilitating the measurement of the corrosiveness of a molten resin material to metal. SOLUTION: AC impedance is measured between electrodes which are kept in contact with a molten resin material and the corrosiveness thereof is measured from the resulting AC impedance value and a correlation of the AC impedance possessed by the melt resin material and the corrosiveness.
