PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that communication operation of a radio terminal device cannot be performed if the operation of the radio terminal device is not done directly. SOLUTION: In a call center system 10 provided with a telephone exchange 15 which connects to a line network 11, and houses and connects a computer 17 and a PHS terminal device 13, when line wire incoming call to the PHS terminal device 13 is detected through the telephone exchange 15 and a LAN equipment 18, the computer 17 performs remote instruction for response of the line wire incoming call to the PHS terminal device 13 through the LAN equipment 18, the telephone exchange 15 and a PHS base station device 14, and the PHS terminal device 13 answers the line wire incoming call to the PHS terminal device 13 based on the remote instruction from the computer 17.
