PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly constitute a revolving superstructure while improving operability in the structure of an operating pedal in a slewing vehicle car. SOLUTION: The operating pedals 70, 71 disposed onto a step 20 are formed in constitution in which end sections are bent inwards along the outer circumference of the step in a plan view and configured in a shape along the front and side face of the revolving superstructure 2 while the operating pedals 70, 71 can be housed in a front column 19.
