PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corona discharger by which an image having an excellent image quality is formed by preventing an abnormal image such as image flowing without giving an adverse effect to an environment and a body to be discharged by efficiently decomposing and removing the ozone and NOx of discharge products produced by corona discharge before they flow out from the inside of a casing, reducing necessary energy, inexpensively preventing deterioration with time and eliminating the residence of the ozone and NOx of the discharge products and to provide to an image forming device having it. SOLUTION: This corona discharger consists of an aperture part 1 provided on a side opposed to the body to be discharged, a discharge wire 2 laid so as to be opposed to the body to be discharged through the aperture part 1 and discharged while voltage is applied, the casing 3 surrounding the discharge wire 2 and a heating means 4 to heat the inside of the casing 3. |
