The invention relates to a stackable container (2) with a sidewall (10), extending outwards at an angle from the base (4) thereof, in which an inclined shoulder (16) is formed for the support of containers stacked on top of each other. Ribs (24, 26) run parallel to each other and transverse to the circumferential direction with the same separation from each other in the side wall (10). Ribs (24, 26) are arranged on both sides of the shoulder (16) and the ribs (24) on one side of the shoulder (16) are arranged offset in the circumferential direction in relation to the ribs (26) on the other side of the shoulder (16). The ends of said ribs are circumferentially offset in the region of the shoulder (16) and said ribs in the region of the shoulder (16) have the ends thereof between the ends of the ribs (26) on the other side of the shoulder. By means of the above interlocking of the ribs the stiffness generated extends across the shoulder. The stackability of the containers is not affected. |
