PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fitting tool for fitting a metal substrate made of a stainless steel sheet to a drum. SOLUTION: This metal substrate fitting tool used to removably fit the metal substrate to the outer periphery of the drum is provided with a curved metal band body, which has a first lock section removably locking one end in the longitudinal direction on the other end side of the metal substrate removably fixed to the outer periphery of the drum on one end side and a second lock section on the other end side, and a connecting metal fixture rotatably fitted with a spring and a lock plate to a lever. A lock section removably locked on the second lock section of the metal band body is provided at one end of the spring, a lock section locked on the lock groove of a fixed frame provided on the outer periphery of the drum is provided at the tip of the lock plate, and the lever is rotatively operated to press the lock section, with the lock section locked on the lock groove of the fixed frame.
