PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and lightweight water sprinkling apparatus for cleaning a wall capable of being manufactured at low cost by eliminating a pump and easily cleaning a sewage tank, and to provide a sewage recovery device. SOLUTION: The water sprinkling apparatus 20 is constituted so that an accumulator 21 and a nozzle pipe 22 equipped with a plurality of nozzles 22B are connected through a supply pipeline 23 and washing water stored in the accumulator 21 is sent to the nozzle pipe 22 under pressure through the supply pipeline 23 to be sprinkled from the nozzles 22B.
