PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of long fiber bundles in a filter device and to prevent the entanglement of the fibers each other. SOLUTION: The long fiber bundles 14d are packed in a filter device main body 14a of the filter device 14. As the long fiber bundle 14d, an antistatic finished one is adopted. As a result, it is prevented that the long fiber bundles 14d are entangled each other or stuck to the surrounding material by static electricity at the time of inserting the long fiber bundles 14d in the filter device main body 14a. Then, the workability is improved, the filtering performance is enhanced, the filtration duration is prolonged and the treated water quality is improved.
