PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a dictionary by extracting a coupled phrase such as a compound noun consisting of a plurality of coupled nouns and an idiom, and adding reading thereto. SOLUTION: An existent document 1 is analyzed and on the basis of the part-of-speech information of continuous morphemes, the coupled phrase (such as compound noun consisting of a plurality of coupled nouns, noun phrase or verb phrase) matched to prescribed coupling conditions is extracted. Then, reading is added to the extracted coupled phrase and the combination of the coupled phrase and the reading is recorded so that a dictionary 3 can be prepared. As reading, in addition to entire reading of the extracted coupled phrase, reading of one part thereof can be applied. Besides, the dictionary of the designated document is prepared when opening the document or when called by a timer or hook. Further, a registration dictionary can be distribution depending on a file attribute, a word can be extracted from the document of a folder common for clients and the dictionary of a client can be automatically updated. |
