Protective gas of preset content consists at least partially of gas dissolved in steel. Then strip is subsequently cooled. Liquid metal has ratio of Cr equ./Ni equ. not more 1.55. In this case, Cr equ.= %Cr + 1.37 x %Mo + 1.5 x %Si + 2 x %Nb + 3 x %Ti and Ni equ.= %Ni + 0.31 x %Mn +22 x %C + 14.2 x %N + %Cu. Entire outer surface of moving wall or two moving walls consists of pits with diameter from 100 to 1500 mcm and depth from 20 to 150 mcm adjacent to one another.
