PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell unit capable of accurately performing work for adjusting a load cell so as to bring the same to a proper posture while making it possible to visually confirm the same easily. SOLUTION: A support 16 having a regulation shaft 16a for regulating lateral shaking provided to its upper end is vertically provided on a fixed stand 12 so as to be turned toward a load receiving stand 13, a hole 13a having a shape similar to but larger than the cross-sectional shape of the regulation shaft 16a is formed to the load receiving stand 13, the regulation shaft 16a is arranged so as to be allowed to pierce through the hole 13a from below, and a flotation preventing stopper 19 is provided to the leading end of the regulation shaft 16a in a detachable manner. By this constitution, when the attaching position of the load cell 11 is adjusted, the positional relation between the hole 13a of the load receiving stand 13 and the regulation shaft 16a for regulating lateral shaking can be visually confirmed easily, and centering work can be easily and accurately performed so as to make the gap between them uniform.
