PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatographic device capable of measuring an object to be measured with high sensitivity by one step. SOLUTION: The immunochromatographic device is equipped with a layer having a decomposition agent holding region having a decomposition agent supported thereon and a reagent holding region containing a reaction reagent, and the decomposition agent holding region contains a porous material and is treated with the decomposition agent before a specimen to be examined is reacted with the reaction reagent.
