PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overheat of an equipment in the inside of a gas turbine device and generation of damage of the equipment due to this overheat, and form a device into a small size compactness by eliminating necessity for a heat insulation countermeasure, moreover reduce thermal stress due to thermal expansion of a gas turbine, so as to improve its durability. SOLUTION: In a gas turbine device provided with the vertical gas turbine perpendicularly arranging the rotary shaft center, exhaust gas discharged from the gas turbine is circulated to flow in an exhaust duct, the gas turbine device is characterized by installing the exhaust duct in an upward location of the gas turbine and an air intake part introducing air for combustion of the gas turbine in its downward location.
