PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver environmental information by unspecified number of site providers and environmental information providers in real time without brokers. SOLUTION: In a delivery system of environmental information, applications 41 , 42 , 43 for providing of environmental information set identifying information and providing conditions of the information inputted from terminals 11 , 12 , 13 as a filter to a semantic information network 3. Applications for site 51 , 52 generate requiring event of environmental information including identifying information, requiring conditions and information on return mail destinations inputted from terminals 21 , 22 to transmit to the network 3. Applications 41 , 42 , 43 whose information set up in their own filters is matched with information of the event transmit tutorial information of environmental information and acquired information to the network 3 based on the information on return mail destinations. |
