A phase shifter is provided to overcome a limitation of component disposition on a printed circuit board having a multi-layered structure by minimizing its size and reducing the number of components. A phase shifter includes a distribution device of an adjusted size to have a certain impedance value and a concentration device maintaining the whole impedance value by differentiating an inductive capacity according to the size of the distribution device. A length of the distribution device is adjusted by using a micro-strip line(242). The concentration device includes inductors(246) to adjust the inductive capacity.
