APPARATUS FOR MEASURING HIGH MASS FLOW

A mass flow rate measuring apparatus is provided to measure mass flow rate in a wide range by piling up flat plates based on the range to be measured. A mass flow rate measuring apparatus includes a mass flow rate sensor. The mass flow rate sensor measures the mass flow rate inside of a pipe. Both sides of a mass flow rate sensor conduit uses an exit and an entrance of each bypass(400) together. The bypass has a parallel structure which a plurality of parallel flat plates(410,420) are separated at predetermined intervals in a lengthwise direction of the pipe and uses a channel between the parallel flat plates as an oil passage. The flow passing through the bypass is in proportion to the flow passing through the sensor conduit.
