A full color organic light emitting display device with a color filter layer and a color conversion layer is provided to obtain a stable three wavelength light source of high efficiency. A full color organic light emitting display device includes a red pixel, a green pixel, a blue pixel, a color filter layer(710a,710c), and a color conversion layer(700b). The red pixel, the green pixel, and the blue pixel are placed on a substrate(100). Each pixel includes a first electrode(550) which is placed on the substrate(100), a second electrode(650) which is placed on the first electrode, and an organic film(600) which is placed between the first electrode(550) and the second electrode and has a light-emitting layer. The first electrode and the second electrode are transparent electrodes or one of the electrodes is transparent electrode. The color filter layer is placed on the surface opposite to the surface adjacent to the light-emitting layer of the transparent electrode, and is placed at one or two of the red, green, and blue pixels. The color conversion layer is placed on the surface opposite to the surface adjacent to the light-emitting layer of the transparent electrode, and is placed on the pixel except the one where the color filter layer is placed. |
