A working fluid supply apparatus for a heating mat is provided to remove a gap between a supply screw and a housing by using a hollow pad, thereby reducing the operation noise. A working fluid supply apparatus for a heating mat includes a housing(210) and a feeding screw(220). The housing is connected to a feeding pipe of the heating mat. The feeding screw is rotatably installed in the housing. A hollow pad(300) is installed in the housing so as not to be rotated. The feeding screw is rotated in the hollow pad to transfer the working fluid to the feeding pipe of the heating mat. A drive unit for rotating the feeding screw is provided in the housing of the working fluid supply apparatus.
