The invention relates to design of units for thermo-vacuum drying of any wet disperse raw material. An apparatus has heat-insulated body, at least oneinstalled in the body resistive heater of raw material, at least one water-ring vacuum pump equipped with inlet branch pipe for suction of water vapor liberated from heated raw material, and output branch pipe, and at least one receiver of dried or concentrated to given residual humidity product. To increase productivity of drying of arbitrary raw material and to decrease specific consumption resistance heater is arranged as pipe heater and is connected with inlet end to material feeder, and product receiver is arranged as separate vacuum-tight body that is connected to output end of pipe heater and to input branch pipe of vacuum pump.
