Each end-conduit forming member (50) is connected to a connection end section (42) on the corresponding outer side, in the vehicle's lateral direction, of the center-conduit forming member (41) and has end air holes (55) partitioning an end conduit that communicates with the center conduit and ejecting air in the end conduit to the inner surface of the front windshield panel (2).The end-conduit forming members (50) are connected to the center conduit forming member (41) so as to be tiltable relative to it.</p>
