An MIM(Metal Insulator Metal) capacitor is provided to improve a signal characteristic by reducing a resistance element while maintaining the constant capacitance. A plurality of sub capacitors(110,120,130,140) includes a first metal layer(112,122,132,142) and a second metal layer(116,126,136,146). A dielectric layer is positioned between the first and second metal layer. The plurality of capacitors are connected in parallel. A metal insulator metal capacitor includes a plurality of pads connected to each sub capacitor. The second metal layer is connected in series to the pad.
