A mixing-kneading extruder apparatus mixes/kneads raw materials for e.g. soap and extrudes the mixture into a predetermined shape. The apparatus includes a cylinder incorporating therein a plodder worm shaft rotatable relative thereto for plodding material to be processed in an axial direction of the shaft, a levigating mechanism disposed at a predetermined longitudinal position of the cylinder for levigating the material, the levigating mechanism including a rotary disc rotatable with the plodder worm shaft and a fixed disc fixed to the cylinder, with the rotary disc and the fixed disc being disposed side by side along the axial direction of the plodder worm shaft, the rotary disc and the fixed disc respectively defining a plurality of through holes for allowing passage of the material in the axial direction. A flow passage forming member is disposed within a moving passage of the material between the rotary disc and the fixed disc and forming therein a flow passage for allowing passage therethrough of fluid maintained at a predetermined temperature. A fluid supplying/exhausting device is provided for supplying the fluid of the predetermined temperature at a predetermined flow rate to the flow passage of the flow passage forming member and exhausting the fluid from the flow passage forming member. |
