The invention relates to a method for managing objects accessible by users that comprises the following steps: allocating at least one descriptive marker ( T'1, T'2, b...) for each object (Xi°); allocating at least one right marker for each object in order to define the access to said objects; characterised in that the method further comprises the steps of: allocating markers (T1, T2,...) for each user (USRi), for accessibility to the object granted to the user on the basis of a match between the markers of said object and user. The invention can be used for managing documents in a company.
